Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

1. This privacy policy outlines how personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the website www.timecode.pl and the newsletter operated by Intuit Mailchimp owned by The Rocket Science Group (hereinafter referred to as the „Service”) are collected, processed, and stored.

3. The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered therein.
4. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”), and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

1. Personal data is used for:
   • sending the newsletter (upon the User’s consent to receive it),
2. Providing data is voluntary.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed

The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name, surname, email address.

V. Duration of Personal Data Processing

User’s personal data will be processed for the period:

• when the basis for data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal until the expiration of claims.

The statute of limitations is 6 years, and for periodic claims and claims related to business activity – 3 years (unless a special provision states otherwise).

VI. Sharing Personal Data

1. User’s personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., companies handling e-payments, courier/postal service companies, law firms.
2. User’s personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User Rights

1. The User of the Service has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal).
2. A request to exercise the rights resulting from the above-mentioned rights should be sent to the address produkcja@timecode.pl.
3. The Administrator fulfills or refuses to fulfill the request promptly – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

1. The Service collects information through cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
2. The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and is used for statistical purposes.
3. The User can specify the scope of access to cookies on their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

1. User data cannot be processed in an automated way such that any decisions could be made concerning them as a result.
2. User data may be profiled to tailor content and personalize the offer upon their consent.

X. Final Provisions

1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the Users’ rights are not limited.
2. Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available in the Service.
3. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
